We are currently accepting applications for the position of:
Welder - Night Shift
4x10 Hour Shifts, Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 2:00am
($20.00 - $30.00/Hour + $3.00 Night Shift Premium Applies)
Starting wage dependent on qualifications
All necessary training will be provided.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Stainless steel MIG welding

Operate welders, grinders, etc

Operate tank building equipmen

Coursing and welding tank

Follow pre-determined weld settings

Maintain a clean, safe workspace
Employment requirements:

Minimum preferred educational requirement: High school diploma

Minimum Experience Required: 1 Year MIG Welding

Work Location: In person
- Product Engineer
- Lead Design & Prototyping: Develop, model, and refine structural designs for stainless steel tanks, trailers, and liquid handling systems.
- Master Solidworks Modeling: Advanced creation of Solidworks 3D models and configurations to manage complex, customizable product lines and variants efficiently.
- Create Production Documentation: Generate detailed product drawings, accurate manufacturing shop drawings, and comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Manage ERP Data & Documentation: Execute precise ERP entries for part numbers and BOM and routing structures, and compile all necessary supporting documentation for the production floor.
- Support Manufacturing: Work directly with the shop floor to troubleshoot fabrication issues, optimize weldments, and streamline the assembly process.
- Perform Structural Analysis: Conduct structural calculations, FEA, and fluid pressure analysis to ensure product integrity and compliance.
- Estimating: Calculate accurate material, labor, and production costs for custom client requests to help the sales team build quotes.
- Other duties and projects as required
- Experience: 3+ years of mechanical or structural engineering experience in a physical manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency with Solidworks (3D modeling, large assemblies, configurations, and FEA) and high degree of competence with Microsoft Excel.
- Systems & Data Literacy: Competence in data entry, managing revisions, and structuring data within an ERP system. Working with data from tables to create tools for data analysis.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of metal fabrication, welding symbols, sheet metal processing, and structural steel.
- Location & Commute: Ability to reliably commute to our facility in Rosenort, MB for on-site collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical diploma with equivalent experience.
